This is a project to get people talking about their bodies and challenge society’s obsession with an unrealistic body image. 

Think about something that bothers you or pick on a topic in the news... We’d love to hear what you’re thinking about. 

We are putting together a ‘postcard’ book of Recovery. Let us know what Recovery means to you – whether you have suffered from an eating disorder or supported a friend we’d love to know your thoughts.

SRSH will be performing The Good Body - a set of monologues by Eve Ensler in 6th week HT in the Moser Theater in Oxford. Interested in taking part - get in touch! 

 SRSH runs the Supper Club to support individuals in recovery and take the anxiety out of picking the evening meal. We’d love your contributions to this project.
