We'd love your help getting more people involved in the Supper Club

The Supper Club is about providing you with inspiration for your evening meals. Having been there and worked through recovery ourselves, we know that however well meaning you are about eating three meals a day (and snacks), when it comes to shopping for food and cooking the food, things can fall apart - there are loads of decisions to make!

The Supper Club has been set up to make this one step easier - we are helping you make these decisions. We post 7 recipes each week, pop these up online and send them out via email. Recipes also include weekly shopping list to help out in the supermarket.

If there is someone you think we should get involved, why not write to them and ask? Maybe it is a celebrity chef, maybe it's the chef at a local restaurant... maybe its a university lecturer or your local MP... who ever it is, we'd love their involvement...

BECAUSE it is not just about the recipes, it is about getting a message out there that we can all enjoy food - food is about so much more than the calorific content, it is something that holds memories for people, makes them smile, reminds them of people they ate with or places they had that meal. We'd love to share people's stories as much as their recipes, to help people in recovery see beyond the calories to be consumed!

If you would like to write to someone,

  1. Check that this person hasn't already been contacted (Right >>)
  2. Download our template email (right >>),
  3. Fill in the gaps
  4. Find an address and send your letter
  5. Please email - and let us know who you contacted - we'll then post a list below of people who have been contacted so that we can make sure the same people are not hassled again and again!
