Why are we running groups for students with depression?

Mental health affects an estimated 450 million people worldwide. In the UK alone, it is reported that 80,000 children and young adults are currently struggling with severe depression.

Many students don’t know where to turn, leaving them feeling isolated. By creating a positive atmosphere around talking about mental health, we aim to give students the confidence to look after their own mental health.
