We really value your feedback

We are constantly working to develop the SRSH support groups. Your feedback helps us do this. It helps us learn what we are doing well and build upon this. It helps us learn what does not work so well and allows us to change this.

We are currently running two feedback surveys.

The Short one lets us know what you think of the support group you have attended.

The Support Group Evaluation helps us understand how effective our support groups are. This information is vital to the development of our project and we would greatly appreciate your input. To say thank you for taking part in this study, any questionnaire response received before the end of APRIL 2013, will be entered for a prize draw for a £50 amazon voucher.

Please be aware that we check feedback from these surveys roughly once every three months to monitor how we are doing. If you'd like to talk to us more urgently or want to let us know about problems with an SRSH group, please get in touch via email - . All correspondence will be treated in confidence. Getting in touch via email will let us respond to your concerns immediately and put right any problems with groups as quickly as possible.
