This project is about providing support and information to friends: to all those individuals who are trying to support a friend or sibling with an eating disorder. We know this is at time a very difficult position to be. The How to Save a Life booklet is written entirely by individuals who have recovered from eating disorders.
Following this, SRSH will be running a series of workshops providing more opportunity to discuss how to cope with supporting a friend with an eating disorder and how best to be supportive. If you are interested in running a workshop at your University get in touch with Elisabeth on

Before Easter 2012, we ran workshops in Oxford, Cardiff, Manchester and Leicester. After Easter we plan to run workshops in Southampton, Bristol and Reading... watch this space for more details.
